It's time to enjoy rich fall recipes that are as colourful as the changing leaves. Stop in at the winery and select a cut from our Berkshire Pork. Choose from country ham (smoked bone-in), boneless Black Forest hams, boneless sirloin roasts and tenderloin. We have smoked hocks and Thompson beans to make soup for the coming of cool days and nights.

Our pork pairs well with our Autumn Harvest Vidal or Baco Noir. If you are serving turkey, pick up a bottle of Autumn Harvest Vidal or Bird Dog Red. We also have Delhaven apple cider in 2 litres.


PICK YOUR OWN PUMPKIN
Our retail store is currently full of garden offerings that are crisp, delicious and easy to prepare. Bring the kids and pick your own pumpkin, right in front of our vineyard. Fill a bag with apples from Delhaven Orchards. Take home a selection of potatoes, and sweet potatoes perfect for fries, mashing or roasting. Grab a hearty butternut squash and you've got another great side dish on hand. Locavores delight in these fall offerings that last for several months when stored properly. Take garlic, for example; stored in a cool, dry place it will last until February. Eating locally doesn't have to be a chore in the colder months! Other produce that stores well includes pears, potatoes, carrots, and onions. Be sure to keep all of this produce in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
